Dr. Ai Linzhi is the principal person in charge of the firm. He specializes in finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, gaming law, construction contracting, intellectual property, and civil and commercial litigation. Dr. Ai has profound experience in law academic studies, education and practice. Since 2007, he had been the senior instructor in University of Macau, also provided lessons of property law in the Center of Judicial and Judiciary Formation, Macau Labour Bureau- the estate agency course and the lessons of Civil Law in the Macau Advanced Security School.

Dr. Ai Linzhi was one of founders of STA Lawyers in 2015, the firm had obtained massive success within 3 years. In 2018, Dr. Ai established AI & WONG Lawyers. He is also the legal consultant of various listed/ large Companies in Macau, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen, etc.
